How can I fix my bluetooth because it keeps disconnecting after 5 seconds of playing music and it does the same thing with USB but radio works just fine

But there are a lot of phones connected to my Ford Escape and when I press phone it just takes me to the phones that are connected and none of them are mine

I bought a used truck from these losers and they didn't do any of the service work I requested. Picked it up, "they did everything you asked sir!". Get it home and check the truck out.. nothing was done. Avoid these guys.
